Return & Refund Policy for Leather Bags

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your leather bag to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your leather bag must be in the same condition that you received it, and must meet the following requirements:

  • The leather bag must be undamaged;

  • The leather bag contains all original labels and packaging;

  • The leather bag must not be worn, washed, or altered.

Important:
Returns will not be accepted for reasons of personal preference (such as “I don’t like the style/color,” “it doesn’t match my outfit,” etc.). If the leather bag itself has no quality or craftsmanship issues (no damage or defect), such reasons are not valid grounds for a return.

To start a return, please contact us at sales@carryfort.com. If your return is accepted, please submit your return request in your account. (If the return reason is not the seller’s fault, the return shipping cost will be paid by the buyer.) We will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right as quickly as possible.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please note it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
