Customs & Import Duties
Import duties and taxes
For orders delivered to the European Union, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, the United States, Canada and Mexico, all import duties and taxes are included in the price you pay — there is nothing to pay on delivery.
For Norway and other destinations, local duties or import taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking with your local customs office.
Address Accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is accurate and complete to avoid delays. If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing your order, contact us immediately at sales@carryfort.com. We cannot guarantee changes to your order once it has been processed for shipping.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order appears delayed or lost in transit, please let us know! We’ll work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
