Customs & Import Duties
While shipping is free, customs duties, import taxes, and any other fees imposed by your local government are the responsibility of the customer. We do not cover these costs, and we recommend checking with your local customs office for more details about import fees that may apply.
Address Accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is accurate and complete to avoid delays. If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing your order, contact us immediately at sales@carryfort.com. We cannot guarantee changes to your order once it has been processed for shipping.
